Intermountain Health and CredibleMind Offer Mental Health Resources and Tools

Customized mental wellbeing platform to be integrated and offered community wide to boost health equity, promote early intervention, and streamline care access.

It creates a highly tailored digital experience for each person, blending evidence-based self-care and validated assessments with care delivery resources to deliver better population mental health. According to data from Mental Health America, one in five adults have a diagnosable mental health condition each year. Utah ranks the highest in the US with over one in four. 46% of Americans will have at least one mental health condition with half of those developing by the age of 14. Over half of all adults do not receive treatment.
