Tucker Christiansen
Director of Product Management, Intermountain Health
Tucker Christiansen is a Director of Product Management at Intermountain Health. His team delivers world class digital products that empower patients to meaningfully engage in their health and wellness. These products enable patients to self-serve their needs while automating workflows between patients and their providers. In the past 5 years, more than 1.3 million patients have utilized these products for over 45 million digital experiences. Tucker’s team has grown patient portal usage from 24% in 2020 to over 80% in 2025.
While Tucker loves building great products that delight consumers and work for the business, his passion is in creating an environment where product teams can be empowered and thrive. Tucker’s leadership style focuses on building empowered teams that have the skills, autonomy, accountability, and context to achieve excellent results.
Prior to Intermountain Health, Tucker spent over a decade at Adobe where he worked in digital consulting and product management. Tucker has a Master of Information Systems Management degree from Brigham Young University. He has been married for over 21 years, has 3 children, and lives in Saratoga Springs, Utah.

Deryk Van Brunt, DrPH
CEO, CredibleMind & Clinical Professor, UC Berkeley School of Public Health
Deryk Van Brunt is the co-founder and CEO of CredibleMind, as well as the president and CEO of the Healthy Communities Foundation, a nonprofit organization. He is also a faculty member at the University of California, Berkeley, where he teaches health informatics with a focus on clinical, personal and community health information systems. His research centers on individual and community health, particularly in three areas:
- Mental, emotional and spiritual health and well-being
- Chronic care management
- Population health improvement
Under Van Brunt’s leadership, CredibleMind provides organizations, employers, health plans, hospitals and health departments with a mental health information system designed to promote emotional well-being and mental health. The CredibleMind platform focuses on prevention and early intervention, aiming to help populations thrive.
Van Brunt has overseen the development and implementation of clinical and patient-centered health information systems in over 500 health care institutions. His expertise has earned him several awards, including the Health 2.0 Outstanding Leadership Award in 2022. He has published numerous health-related articles and holds both an MPH in epidemiology and biostatistics and a DrPH in health informatics from UC Berkeley.

Shimar Clements, MPH
Project Manager, Research and Translation, CredibleMind
Shimar Clements is the research and data coordinator at CredibleMind, where she plays a pivotal role in managing and analyzing data to support mental well-being initiatives. With a master of social work and a graduate public health certificate, Clements brings well-rounded expertise in both social services and public health. She has been instrumental in the Monterey County, CA Help at Hand SmartScreen Project, where she applied her skills to enhance community health outcomes through innovative data solutions. Her dedication to evidence-based practices and data-driven insights continues to drive impactful projects at CredibleMind.
